- Produce annual 'Future State' reports for executive board and investor briefings

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Published work on 2025+ technology trajectories (white papers, patents, or conference keynotes)
- Proficiency in horizon scanning tools and predictive analytics platforms
- Experience with stakeholder mapping for complex socio-technical systems
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-strategy implementations
- Certification in Futures Design or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
