Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or emerging technology
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products or services
- Expertise in future forecasting methodologies (scenario planning, horizon scanning)
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or related field required
- Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CMI) preferred
