Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state visions
- Produce trend reports and white papers disseminated to industry leadership
- Advise R&D teams on emerging market opportunities and disruptive threats
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and innovation accelerators
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Portfolio demonstrating published trend analysis or scenario-planning projects
- Expertise in exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Exceptional storytelling skills translating complex futures into compelling narratives
- Experience advising Fortune 500 or scale-up companies on strategic pivots
