Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 foresight framework incorporating technological, economic, and sociocultural indicators
- Produce scenario-based strategic models for board-level decision-making and resource allocation
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-state solutions
- Analyze global megatrends (AI ethics, climate adaptation, neuro-interfaces) for competitive advantage
- Establish and nurture a network of futurist thought leaders and domain experts
- Translate complex future projections into executable business roadmaps
- Present quarterly future-state briefings to investors and executive stakeholders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-state forecasting for Fortune 500 clients
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies

- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate abstract concepts
