Responsibilities
- Analyze global trends in AI, biotechnology, climate tech, and space exploration to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop 5-10 year strategic foresight frameworks using scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Lead cross-functional workshops to co-create future-state business models and innovation roadmaps
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-proofing principles into development lifecycles
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members through compelling visual narratives
- Establish KPIs to track future-readiness metrics and iterate on strategic initiatives
- Monitor geopolitical and socio-economic shifts impacting industry landscapes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Future Studies, Business Analytics, or related field
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and predictive modeling frameworks
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term strategic roadmaps
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and visualization skills for complex concepts
- Experience advising C-suite executives on transformational initiatives
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from foresight academy) preferred
