Responsibilities

- Lead quarterly foresight workshops with R&D and product teams to align innovation pipelines
- Author 'Horizon Scan' reports predicting industry transformations post-2025
- Design ethical frameworks for emerging technologies (neurointerfaces, climate engineering)
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify and evaluate frontier technology startups
- Present strategic briefings to board members on long-term competitive positioning
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related quantitative field
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Published research on technological singularity or societal tipping points
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methods, and causal layered analysis
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their socioeconomic impacts
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategy
- Proficiency in trend-forecasting tools (Gartner, Forrester, or proprietary platforms)
