- Lead executive workshops on future-proofing organizational structures and talent ecosystems
- Publish quarterly trend reports with actionable recommendations for board-level decisions
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions for 2026 market readiness
- Establish KPIs for measuring organizational future-readiness and innovation velocity
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism with Fortune 500 exposure
- Expertise in exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI) and their societal implications
- Proven track record of developing scenario-based strategic roadmaps for 5-10 year horizons
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
