Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives mapping technology trends to market opportunities through 2026
- Develop and execute innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, etc.) for commercial viability
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to generate and validate breakthrough concepts
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives with data-driven impact assessments
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs for cutting-edge research
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting innovation landscapes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or corporate R&D
- Proven experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, biotech, climate tech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex futures to stakeholders
- Track record of launching products/services with 7-figure+ impact
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused innovation projects
