Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year strategic innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping emerging tech solutions (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Deliver keynote presentations at global tech conferences on post-2025 trends
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D budgets through data-driven investment proposals
- Pioneer new ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and neural interfaces
- Mentor a team of futurist researchers and technology strategists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record launching breakthrough technologies (quantum/AI/biotech)
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Published thought leader in tech ethics and human-machine collaboration
- Experience securing >$10M in venture or corporate innovation funding
- Strong network with DARPA, NASA, or similar research institutions
