Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-quality, scalable software solutions for our core enterprise platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and senior engineers to define and refine product requirements.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to industry best practices in automated testing and documentation.
- Participate in peer code reviews and contribute to a collaborative culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications to ensure maximum performance, security, and reliability.
- Engage in our comprehensive 12-month rotational program to gain hands-on experience across domains such as AI, Cloud Infrastructure, and Full-Stack Development.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, with an expected graduation date of Spring or Summer 2026.
- Strong foundational understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming principles.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language, such as Python, Java, C++, or JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Familiarity with modern web development frameworks (e.g., React, Node.js) or cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) is a strong plus.
- Excellent analytical problem-solving skills and a deep-seated desire to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Must have authorization to work in the United States without requiring future sponsorship.
