Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end architectural design and execution of our 2026 AI and machine learning roadmap.
- Design, build, and optimize highly scalable LLM inference infrastructure.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, data scientists, and software engineers to align AI capabilities with business objectives.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and frameworks to ensure our tech stack remains best-in-class.
- Establish best practices for AI model deployment, monitoring, and ethical governance.
- Mentor and elevate a high-performing team of senior engineers and researchers.
- Act as the primary technical evangelist for the 2026 initiative, presenting strategies to the executive board and key stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in software architecture, with at least 4 years dedicated to AI/ML engineering.
- Deep expertise in modern AI frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of designing and deploying large-scale, production-grade LLM or Generative AI applications.
- Strong understanding of AI ethics, data privacy, and model alignment techniques.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
