Responsibilities
- Architect 2026-Ready AI Systems: Design and deploy cutting-edge machine learning architectures optimized for the computational demands of the coming years, including hybrid quantum-classical models.
- Lead Model Development: Spearhead the research and implementation of Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal AI agents tailored for complex enterprise ecosystems.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish robust frameworks for AI safety, bias mitigation, and transparency, ensuring our technologies align with global regulatory standards for 2026.
- Scalability & Performance: Optimize existing inference pipelines to handle billions of requests while maintaining sub-millisecond latency.
- Technical Mentorship: Mentor a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and designers to translate futuristic concepts into actionable technical roadmaps.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in building, deploying, and scaling production-level AI systems.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Ray, Kubernetes).
- Future Tech Focus: Demonstrated experience or strong interest in emerging technologies relevant to 2026, such as Neural Interfaces, Edge AI, or Quantum Machine Learning.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve ambiguous, high-complexity problems with elegant, scalable technical solutions.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
