Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology strategy aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead research on emerging technologies (quantum, AI ethics, biotech) and assess commercial viability
- Collaborate with engineering teams to prototype next-gen solutions
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite stakeholders and investor boards
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Monitor competitive landscape and identify disruptive threats/opportunities
- Drive innovation workshops to foster cross-disciplinary ideation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or R&D leadership with Fortune 500/SaaS experience
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, Web3, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching future-facing products/services
- Strong data modeling and scenario planning skills
- Exceptional communication with ability to articulate complex concepts
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or major conferences
- Experience with agile methodologies and product lifecycle management
