Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, AI, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in agile sprints for rapid prototyping and validation
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year impact
- Design patentable innovation frameworks for sustainable tech adoption
- Mentor junior researchers in future-focused R&D methodologies
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with venture partners to commercialize emerging technologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in strategic innovation or R&D leadership roles
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, blockchain, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching commercialized tech products
- Strong background in agile development and lean startup methodologies
- Exceptional analytical and systems thinking capabilities
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Experience with technology forecasting tools and scenario planning
