- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage $5M+ R&D budgets with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Champion agile methodologies in complex R&D environments
- Drive patent development and intellectual property strategy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of scaling breakthrough technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., AI, biotech, AR/VR)
- Exceptional stakeholder management with executive presence
- Published thought leadership in innovation journals or conferences
- Experience with international tech ecosystem development
- Fluency in at least one additional language preferred
