Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in strategic leadership roles
- Proven track record launching products with 3+ year market impact horizons
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, or climate tech)
- MBA or advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Innovation
- Published research or patents in future-focused technology journals
- Experience managing >$5M innovation budgets with measurable ROI
- Strong network with venture capital and Fortune 500 innovation labs
- Fluency in agile methodologies and design thinking frameworks
