- Drive R&D initiatives with $15M+ annual budget allocation
- Establish ethical guidelines for AI and automation deployments
- Mentor junior innovators through our Future Leaders Program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation or strategic foresight roles
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products/services
- Expertise in emerging tech trends (quantum, AR/VR, biotech)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management
- Experience with Fortune 500 stakeholder management
