- Develop 3-5 year strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies targeting 2026 market readiness
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating futuristic tech solutions
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and quantum computing pioneers
- Conduct scenario planning for technological disruptions in energy, healthcare, and logistics
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ R&D budget with ROI-focused allocation strategies
- Drive ethical AI governance frameworks for next-gen autonomous systems
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology innovation with 5+ years in strategic leadership
- Proven track record delivering scalable tech solutions with $10M+ impact
- Expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or climate tech
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies (IEEE, Nature, etc.)
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants (DARPA, NSF, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Physics
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, Foresight Practitioner)
- Fluency in Spanish (for Latin American expansion initiatives)
