Responsibilities
- Architect multi-year innovation roadmaps targeting 2026 technological inflection points
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum-resistant cybersecurity frameworks
- Drive commercialization of biotech-nanotechnology convergence solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Oversee development of AI-powered predictive analytics for climate resilience
- Secure $10M+ in R&D funding through competitive grant applications
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and board members
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation with 5+ years in strategic leadership
- Proven track record of scaling breakthrough technologies from concept to market
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neuro-interfaces
- PhD or equivalent in STEM field with published research in emerging technologies
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants (SBIR, NSF, etc.)
- Deep understanding of global regulatory landscapes for frontier technologies
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Portfolio of successfully commercialized innovations post-2020
