Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends and market shifts to develop 2026 innovation roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and validate future-facing products/services
- Conduct competitive landscape analysis and identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop strategic partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry leaders
- Create compelling executive presentations and stakeholder reports on future scenarios
- Guide R&D priorities and resource allocation for 2026 technology initiatives
- Mentor junior team members on strategic foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business, Technology, or Strategic Foresight (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist roles
- Proven experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech, AR/VR
- Exceptional data analysis and scenario planning capabilities
