- Design and facilitate scenario-planning workshops for high-impact decision-making
- Build and manage cross-functional innovation task forces with R&D, product, and marketing teams
- Deliver executive-level insights through compelling data visualizations and strategic narratives

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years experience in innovation strategy, futures research, or corporate planning
- Proven track record of translating foresight into successful market initiatives
- Expertise in scenario planning, technology adoption curves, and disruption analysis
- Exceptional command of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling
- Deep understanding of AI, quantum computing, biotech, and climate tech trajectories
