Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap, aligning with corporate vision and market disruption goals
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across quantum computing, biotechnology, and AI convergence domains
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate next-generation products and services
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify and cultivate emerging technology startups
- Present strategic recommendations to the board and executive leadership quarterly
- Establish KPIs for innovation initiatives and track ROI for future-focused projects
- Represent FutureWorks at global tech forums and future-focused conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or future-focused consulting
- Proven track record of launching market-defining technologies (quantum, AI, or biotech preferred)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Strategy, or Futurology
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., from World Future Society or similar)
- Expertise in scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Experience scaling innovation programs within enterprise environments
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful innovation initiatives with measurable impact
