- Translate future trends into actionable business strategies with measurable KPIs
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Represent company at global tech summits and policy forums
- Mentor next-generation innovators through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or technology foresight with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products/services post-2020
- Expertise in emerging tech ecosystems: quantum, AGI, synthetic biology, or neurotech
- Advanced degree in Innovation Management, Futures Studies, or related field
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech publications (IEEE, Nature, etc.)
- Proficiency in strategic foresight tools (STEEP, Delphi, scenario planning)
- Certification in Innovation Management or Technology Foresight preferred
