Responsibilities
- Develop forward-looking innovation frameworks for 2026+ market landscapes
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their commercial implications
- Lead cross-functional strategy sprints with C-suite executives
- Design and execute scenario-planning models for disruptive futures
- Build proprietary innovation roadmaps with measurable ROI milestones
- Pioneer new methodologies for rapid prototyping and validation
- Present strategic visions to global stakeholders and investors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching future-facing initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Exceptional data storytelling and visualization skills
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning
- PhD or MBA from top-tier institution with innovation focus
- Prior experience in high-growth tech or biotech sectors
