Responsibilities
- Lead 5-year innovation roadmapping for emerging technologies including quantum computing and biotech
- Drive R&D initiatives targeting climate-positive tech solutions
- Partner with C-suite executives to align innovation with business objectives
- Manage $2M+ annual innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation
- Develop patent portfolios for proprietary 2026-era technologies
- Mentor junior strategists in future-focused methodologies
- Present strategic frameworks to investors and industry boards
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in future-tech planning
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, neurotech)
- Proven track record of launching commercialized innovations
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Futurism
- Published thought leadership in tech forecasting
- Experience with sustainable tech development frameworks
- Deep understanding of global tech policy landscapes
- Certification in Innovation Management preferred
