Responsibilities

- Develop quantitative forecasting models using AI-driven analytics and predictive modeling
- Collaborate with R&D teams to identify and commercialize breakthrough innovations
- Create strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government agencies
- Present executive-level roadmaps with ROI projections and risk assessments
- Manage cross-functional teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Monitor global sustainability frameworks to align with 2030 UN goals
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning with demonstrated 2025+ vision projects
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, biotech, AI ethics)
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., STEEPLE analysis, Delphi method)
- Strong data visualization and predictive modeling capabilities
