Responsibilities
- Analyze and forecast technological, social, and economic trends through 2026 using advanced data modeling and scenario planning
- Develop comprehensive strategic roadmaps for product innovation and market adaptation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future-thinking into organizational DNA
- Identify and mitigate risks while capitalizing on emerging opportunities
- Present findings to C-suite executives and board members with compelling narratives
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry experts
- Drive the creation of a dedicated 2026 Innovation Lab prototype
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate futurism
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional data synthesis and storytelling abilities for executive audiences
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex strategic transformations
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic planning
- Proficiency in futures research tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
