Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum, synthetic biology, AGI) and develop strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to prepare organizations for 2026's disruptive inflection points
- Publish thought leadership on future-of-work paradigms and ethical AI governance
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford's Future Labs on horizon-scanning research initiatives
- Design bespoke innovation frameworks for clients in finance, healthcare, and manufacturing sectors
- Mentor cross-functional teams in futures-thinking methodologies and speculative design
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation with tangible future-shaping impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, neurotech, etc.)
- Proven ability to translate complex foresight into executable business strategies
- Published author or keynote speaker at global futures conferences
- Proficiency in foresight tools (horizon scanning, Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ major future-strategy implementations
