Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning across quantum computing, neurotech, and climate innovation ecosystems
- Develop 5-10 year strategic frameworks for exponential technology adoption
- Produce annual 'Future State' reports for C-suite and board stakeholders
- Curate exclusive symposia with world-renowned futurists and scientists
- Architect ethical frameworks for AI and biotechnology deployment
- Identify billion-dollar market opportunities in nascent sectors
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, technology forecasting, or innovation consulting
- Published thought leadership in exponential technologies (MIT/Wired/Fast Company)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis)
- Deep network with DARPA, Singularity University, or World Economic Forum
- Track record of influencing billion-dollar organizational pivots
- Fluency in at least two of: Mandarin, Arabic, or Hindi
- Portfolio demonstrating 2020-2030 trend predictions with 85%+ accuracy
