Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology foresight framework using AI-driven trend analysis and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and prioritize emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, biotech convergence)
- Produce quarterly strategic briefings for the board on disruptive market forces and technology inflection points
- Establish innovation partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs specializing in future-tech
- Design and implement a patent portfolio strategy targeting 2026-era breakthrough innovations
- Mentor a global team of futurists and data scientists using agile methodologies
- Present at industry conferences to establish thought leadership in next-gen technology adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging technology consulting
- Proven track record developing long-term technology roadmaps (minimum 5-year horizon)
- Expertise in AI/ML trend analysis tools and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging tech domains: quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology, advanced robotics
- Certification in Futures Studies or related innovation discipline preferred
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and investment committees
