Responsibilities
- Develop predictive models for 2026 technology adoption curves and market disruptions
- Lead cross-disciplinary 'Horizon Scanning' initiatives identifying paradigm-shifting innovations
- Produce annual 'State of the Future' reports for C-suite and board stakeholders
- Design ethical frameworks for emerging technologies including AGI and synthetic biology
- Curate exclusive 'FutureCast' symposia with global thought leaders
- Establish KPIs for measuring long-term strategic impact through 2030
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related quantitative field
- 7+ years experience in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Published research on exponential technologies or megatrends analysis
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., STEEP, Delphi methods)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful long-term strategy implementation
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston)
