Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and socioeconomic shifts to forecast 2026+ scenarios
- Develop long-term strategic roadmaps aligned with emerging markets and disruptive innovations
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into product/service blueprints
- Build quantitative forecasting models using AI-driven analytics and scenario planning
- Advise executive leadership on future-proofing organizational capabilities and talent strategies
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
- Publish forward-looking whitepapers and thought leadership content
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism research
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and AI forecasting platforms
- Demonstrated success in translating complex future scenarios into executable business strategies
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience to C-suite audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
