Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, futures research, or technology forecasting
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Experience leading cross-functional innovation teams in Fortune 500 or high-growth startups
- Deep understanding of geopolitical, technological, and social megatrends
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex futures into actionable strategies
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Innovation Management preferred
