Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 strategic roadmaps using trend analysis and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional innovation initiatives in AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech
- Produce quarterly horizon scanning reports identifying disruptive market forces
- Design resilience frameworks for geopolitical and climate-related disruptions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Mentor junior futurists and build organizational foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or futurist roles
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Published research on emerging technologies or societal shifts
- Experience leading high-impact transformational projects
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or equivalent (e.g., CFSD)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-shaping initiatives
