Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ technology adoption scenarios
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives across quantum computing, synthetic biology, and neurotech domains
- Design ethical governance protocols for autonomous systems and human augmentation technologies
- Facilitate executive workshops on future-proofing organizational structures and talent ecosystems
- Author white papers and scenario briefs for C-suite stakeholders and industry thought leaders
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype solutions for 2030 societal challenges
- Mentor cross-functional innovation pods in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related quantitative/qualitative field
- 10+ years experience in strategic planning with Fortune 500 or high-growth tech firms
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methodology, and trend impact analysis
- Published thought leadership in technology forecasting or innovation strategy
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, D3.js) and AI-powered trend analysis platforms
- Deep understanding of emerging tech regulatory landscapes across 5+ jurisdictions
- Proven ability to translate complex futures concepts into actionable business strategies
- Portfolio demonstrating at least 3 major foresight projects with measurable outcomes
