- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and industry disruptors
- Drive organizational culture of experimentation and calculated risk-taking
- Oversee R&D pipeline for breakthrough technologies (AI, biotech, quantum)
- Present strategic vision to stakeholders and investor boards
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning or innovation leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching market-disruptive initiatives
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology forecasting
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Experience with agile methodologies and rapid prototyping
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFP preferred)
