Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic innovation roadmap, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with transformative potential (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate disruptive business models
- Establish strategic partnerships with cutting-edge startups, research institutions, and industry pioneers

Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or technology leadership
