- Lead the integration of emerging technologies such as Generative AI, Automation, and Cloud Native architectures.

- Oversee the digital transformation of legacy systems into modern, scalable platforms.
- Foster a culture of innovation by managing an internal R&D incubator.
- Present strategic insights and quarterly progress reports to the Board of Directors.

Qualifications
