- Develop and execute 3-5 year strategic plans for 2026 technology adoption frameworks
- Lead cross-functional teams in scenario planning for geopolitical and climate-driven market shifts
- Establish KPIs for measuring long-term innovation ROI and sustainability impact
- Build relationships with policymakers and academic institutions to shape regulatory landscapes
- Present strategic blueprints to board members and external stakeholders quarterly
- Mentor senior strategists in emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Oversee $2M+ annual innovation budget allocation
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic planning with 5+ years in emerging technology roles
- Proven track record developing multi-year roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in climate modeling and sustainable technology integration
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis)
- Published thought leadership on 2020s workforce evolution trends
- Experience with AI governance frameworks and ethical tech implementation
