- Secure $5M+ annual R&D budget for experimental initiatives
- Present future-vision to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Drive patent development for proprietary breakthrough technologies
- Maintain competitive intelligence in exponential tech domains
Qualifications
- 10+ years in R&D or strategic tech innovation leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field
- Proven track record launching commercialized tech products
- Expertise in at least two exponential tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Experience securing $1M+ R&D budgets
- Strong understanding of ethical tech deployment frameworks
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals
