Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives targeting 2026 technology adoption curves
- Develop strategic frameworks for integrating quantum computing into enterprise solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning and scenario planning for emerging AI paradigms
- Present quarterly innovation roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ R&D budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford on proprietary 2026 technology incubators
- Author thought leadership pieces for IEEE and Nature journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 10+ years experience
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on emerging technologies
- Proven track record scaling AI/quantum solutions from prototype to production
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Experience securing government grants for frontier technology research
- Deep knowledge of semiconductor roadmap and 3nm/2nm implications
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum computing frameworks
