Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives focusing on human-AI symbiosis and ethical tech frameworks
- Analyze emerging tech patents and academic breakthroughs to identify commercialization opportunities
- Present strategic roadmaps to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate future technologies into production pipelines
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Author thought leadership on technology's societal impact by 2026
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, Web3)
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep understanding of ethical tech frameworks and regulatory landscapes
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
