Qualifications
- 10+ years in emerging tech strategy or R&D leadership
- PhD in Computer Science or Quantum Physics preferred
- Published thought leadership on AI/machine learning ethics
- Proven track record of scaling tech startups to unicorn status
- Expertise in blockchain, AR/VR, and autonomous systems
- Security clearance for federal tech collaboration projects
- Fluency in Mandarin or German for global partnerships
