Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy 2026-era tech frameworks integrating quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, and biocompatible interfaces
- Lead cross-disciplinary R&D teams of 15+ engineers and researchers in rapid prototyping cycles
- Develop patent-pending solutions for autonomous systems and human augmentation technologies
- Secure $5M+ in innovation grants by crafting compelling technical narratives for federal and private funding bodies
- Maintain strategic partnerships with MIT, NASA, and global tech consortia for resource sharing
- Mentor junior talent through our 'Future Visionaries' incubation program
- Present breakthrough findings at global tech summits including Web Summit and CES 2026
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or related field with 5+ years of applied research experience
- Proven track record of deploying production-level systems using quantum algorithms or neuromorphic processors
- Expertise in 2026-era tech stacks including Qiskit, TensorFlow Quantum, and neuromorphic SDKs
- Published research in Nature or Science journals within the last 3 years
- Experience securing federal SBIR/STTR grants exceeding $2M
- Proficiency in ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation protocols
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum assembly languages
- Validated ability to lead remote global R&D teams across 5+ time zones
