Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (2026-2031)
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen AI and quantum systems
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies and societal impacts
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and biotech integration
- Present future scenarios to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford on long-term tech policy research
- Drive innovation sprints focused on climate-positive tech solutions
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in emerging technology R&D with 5+ years in strategic planning
- Published research in quantum computing, AI ethics, or sustainable tech
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology impact assessment
- Deep understanding of Web3, metaverse architecture, and neurotech
- Experience advising Fortune 500 on digital transformation
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight preferred
- Portfolio of at least 3 patented innovations in emerging fields
