Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technological disruptions
- Develop strategic frameworks for AI, quantum, and biotech integration
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present future scenarios to executive stakeholders and investors
- Build cross-functional innovation pipelines with global teams
- Author thought leadership on emerging tech ethics and governance
- Drive innovation culture through workshops and hackathons
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, IoT)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting
- Strong stakeholder management at executive level
- Published work on future technology trends
- Certification in Futures Studies or Innovation Management preferred
- Track record of scaling global innovation initiatives
