- Manage $2M+ annual R&D budget for experimental projects

- Secure 3+ patents annually in disruptive technology domains
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI Ethics, or Biotechnology
- 10+ years in tech R&D with 5+ years in strategic foresight
- Published research in Nature/Science journals (2020-2023)
- Expertise in ISO 20700:2026 tech governance standards
- Proven track record of scaling experimental tech to commercialization
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming (Q#)
- Security clearance for DoD/NASA collaborative projects
