Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 5-year technology vision aligned with 2026 societal and market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen AI and quantum applications
- Analyze emerging technologies (neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology, etc.) for strategic integration
- Collaborate with C-suite to align innovation with business objectives and sustainability goals
- Present disruptive technology roadmaps to investors and industry leaders
- Establish ethical frameworks for responsible tech deployment in 2026 scenarios
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems to identify partnership opportunities
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in R&D leadership with proven tech commercialization track record
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotechnology convergence
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies (2018-2023)
- Experience building technology roadmaps for 10+ year horizons
- Exceptional strategic communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight preferred
