Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps for 2026+ adoption of AI, quantum, and bio-integrated systems
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to identify disruptive threats and opportunities in emerging tech
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions in digital twins and autonomous ecosystems
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for ethical AI governance and sustainable tech scaling
- Present strategic insights to Fortune 500 clients and board members
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets for future-tech incubation projects
- Build and lead a global team of futurists and technical strategists
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies; PhD preferred
- 12+ years in tech strategy, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in launching at least 3 future-tech initiatives
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Delphi method, Horizon scanning)
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, R, or Java)
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
