- Design and implement scalable architecture for large-scale Generative AI models and autonomous agents.
- Lead the research and deployment of cutting-edge NLP techniques, including RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and fine-tuning strategies.
- Optimize model inference performance for edge and cloud environments to ensure real-time responsiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into consumer-facing products.
- Establish best practices for AI safety, security, and ethical deployment.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
Qualifications:
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (5+ years of experience can substitute for a degree).
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Proven experience building and deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) at scale.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Experience with MLOps tools such as MLflow, Kubeflow, or custom CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a track record of shipping complex technical solutions.
